These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application that provides location-based and tracking features (the “App”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the accompanying Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
The App is designed to allow users to view, manage, monitor, and share location information in a user-controlled manner. Features may include real-time or periodic location updates, location history, alerts, notifications, and map-based visualization.
The App is provided for informational and coordination purposes only. It does not provide emergency services, guarantee user safety, or replace professional monitoring or emergency response systems.
You must meet the minimum legal age required in your region to use the App. If the App is used by or on behalf of a minor, parental or guardian consent and supervision are required.

The App does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or continuous availability.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its software, design, text, graphics, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to the App operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability.
Location data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable, and should not be relied upon as the sole source for safety-critical decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, the App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data or reliance on location information.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
Access to the App may be suspended or terminated at any time if these Terms are violated or if continued use is deemed harmful to the App or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be made available through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
